Oversee and support the administration of all offices including Head Office, Plant, and branches.
- Develop, review, monitoring and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure admin policies and other related policies/procedures compliance with Group/ Head Office policies (including filing system, stationery and printing management, storage management, name cards and collaterals printing with stock monitoring, hostel management, petrol card and Touch and Go card, corporate line management, incoming and outgoing of mails and documents, etc).
- Identifying areas for improvement and development for the organisation in order to implement initiatives and putting processes and systems in place for sustainable long term business growth.
- Responsible in preparing reports as request by superior.
- Effectively negotiate contractual arrangements with suppliers to ensure that value for money and excellent service levels are maintained.
- Manage master list on company renewal of insurance, licenses, certificates etc.
- Monitor performance of company’s despatch/drivers and security guards.
- Training to new employees on company’s collateral policies.
- Assist in project management and ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
High commitment on execution, aggressive, dynamic and result oriented.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and work pressure with under tight schedule.
Able to work with minimum resources
Able to work independently as well as a good team player
Preferably good communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Must possess own transportation, light traveling is expected.
Willing to work in Bukit Jalil.
