Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and reconciliations
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to customers/visitors
- Liaise with administrative assistants and warehouse assistants to handle requests and queries from managers
