Senior Management Executive 1. Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks (Typing, Registration, Forms completion, and etc) 2. Manages the confidential information and support needs for various initiatives, workgroups and special projects. 3. Prepare monthly record and summarize company car’s maintenance expenses ( Photos, Quotations, Approval, Payment follow up) 4. Prepare head office expenses record for claim 5. To assist follow up on company external clients & contractors (Office Maintenance & equipment) 6. Invoice submission to government and private companies (Courier arrangement) 7. Record and assign task updates on company ERP system 8. E-Perolehan government contract submission 9. Asist government officer on documentation related matters (Official Letter, Surat Setuju Terima (SST) and Agreement Contract, LHDN stamping) 10. Reporting on daily progress 11. To gather information and data which needed by the company 12. Others
