Requirement - Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field - Fresh graduate or 1 year working experience - Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point - Good communication in English - Prefer with own transport - Prefer female - Prefer can start work immediately Job scope - Prepare quotation to customer & PO to supplier and follow up action - Answering door & phone calls, coordinate and take message accordingly - Maintaining and responsible to update filing system, keeping record, upload file, basic documentation & data entry etc - Assist in receiving supplier products and packing of customers product - New item / products purchase sourcing - Office upkeeping and maintenance - To assist superior in daily administrative duties ** This job is 6 months contract. Might consider to convert to permanent if performance good or depend market
