We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR & Admin Assistant to join our team. The HR & Admin Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources and Administrative functions of our organization. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:

- **Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- **Employee Records**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data.
- **Benefits Administration**: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- **Employee Relations**: Support employee relations activities by addressing employee inquiries, assisting in conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
- **Training and Development**: Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees, and maintain training records.

Administrative:

- **Office Management**: Manage day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents. Ensure proper filing and documentation of all records.
- **Policy Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and assist in the development and implementation of new policies as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
