**Responsibilities**
- Understand document requirements based on the company's quality management system (QMS) and ensure that all documentation in the department is compliance with the QMS.
- Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
- Attending / Understanding employee’s grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them
- Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee
- Working closely with departmental managers and having a full understanding of their department and training requirements
- Assist relevant managers to schedule training plan, ensure training plans are carried out and update all the training record into training database.
- Any other HR related task required by the departmental HOD from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, knowledge in ISO 9001 is an added advantage
- Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Good writing, analytical and problem solving skills
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
