**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in scanning and digitizing HR documents.
- Ensure accurate and organized electronic filing.
- Collaborate with the HR team during the ongoing system migration.
- Provide assistance in uploading scanned documents to the new system.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain employee records in the HR database.
- Manage physical filing systems.
- Ensure all HR documents are properly labeled and stored.
- Provide clerical assistance to the HR department as needed.
- Undertake miscellaneous administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
