**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the full spectrum of Human Resources and related administrative functions. This role ensures efficient handling of various HR and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the company in compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
- Handle the purchasing of all stationery items, refreshments, name cards, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) items.
- Assist in payroll processing & Overtime checking.
- Maintain HR records, including personal files, leave records, and attendance tracking, in a proper and efficient manner.
- Assist in training arrangements, including submission and claims for the HRDF
- Perform OJT audit by quarterly.
- Manage company insurance and employee benefits claims.
- Coordinate with different stakeholder for staff cost billing and ensure it tallies with attendance records.
- Explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and addressing employee questions and concerns.
- Performs on other administrative tasks and other matters / projects assigned as when instructed by superior.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in any discipline
- Related Working Experience: Fresh or1-2 years working experience
- Skill: Able to speak, read, write and understand Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer literate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work at Perai area

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
