Admin Assistant

1) Organize and maintain the validity of certificates, including ISO, halal, SPEC, and certificate of analysis, make sure the certificate under valid and inform in advance before the end of the validity date.
2) Responsible for preparing PO, letter of LOI, LOA, and custom letter.
3) Responsible for handling shipping documents, and assigning the shipping document to the forwarder, customer, and account department.
4) Responsibilities for preparing the MESTI monthly report.
5) Assist with agriculture inspection, and supervise fumigation.
6) Handle shipping monthly records, document filing, and any work assigned by management.
**Requirement**:
1) Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
2) Fluent in English with good writing skills.
3) Self-motivated, hardworking, and possess willing to learn attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
