As a HR Officer, you will assist the HR Manager in all areas of HR Management practices for Davex Group and particularly, Davex Engineering. You will also be administering daily administrative duties and assisting in periodical HR / organisational projects.
**What You Need to Do**:
- Administer end-to-end payroll process for all Direct Labours (DL).
- Assist in the talent management process for DL employees including recruitment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, termination etc.
- Monitor and maintain DL employees’ records, attendance, leave balance, headcounts etc.
- Liaise with agents to manage outsource labouring and the intake of foreign labours.
- Manage foreign labours’ affairs including passport and permit renewals, hostel management and maintenance etc.
- Assist in the disciplinary process, including conducting investigations, listening to grievances, providing advisory & counselling etc.
- Prepare monthly and other periodical HR reports.
- Assist in administering the implementation of policies and monitoring compliance with policies and other relevant local legislation.
- Coordinate the canteen management process including sourcing vendors, negotiating reasonable food prices and menus, ensuring canteen cleanliness etc.
- Prepare and manage staff badge, attendance scan card and canteen POS system.
- Manage the inventory of stationary, company uniforms, safety shoes etc.
**What We Need from You**:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, ethical and dependable
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic and personable
- Able to maintain discretion on all information with strict confidentiality
- Strong proficiency in HRMS (MyWave Emplx preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Positive, go-getter attitude and keen to learn and grow with the company
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
