Administrative Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- To handle and maintain overall office administration
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and documents
- Issuance of documentation such as Quotation, Purchase Order and Invoice
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Handle basic bookkeeping and HR adminpistrative
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- To undertake any ad-hoc task & duties assigned by the Management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum academic qualification: STPM/ “A” level/ Diploma.
- Good command in multilingual (English/ Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin).
- At least 2 years working experience in the industry environment
- Is resourceful, proactive and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask and displays strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service oriented
- Able to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Preferably applicants who can start work immediately
- Possesses own transport and is willing to work in Prai, Penang
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Perai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
