Assistant HR Manager will handle the job functions in the Human Resources department in order to assist HR Manager with HOD.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with management and be overall responsible for the Group's human resource functions covering recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee discipline, employee development, Submission of Employment pass Application through MDEC.
- Conduct recruitment and interview process and update to HR Manager & HOD
- Handle the overall human resource function and office general administration. Reports directly to the CEO and HOD.
- Liaise with executives and employees at all levels and ensure that the staff relations are established and maintained with an open-door policy to all employees.
- Responsible in ensuring operational compliance with legal and social obligations.
- Developing and producing key human resource information and reports.
- Handling staffing issues either by counseling or implementing disciplinary action, termination, and other employee-related matters in compliance with labor law.

**Requirements**:

- English and Bahasa Malaysia literate. Mandarin Literate( PREFERRED)
- Required having experience in handling human resource
- Attractive salary package and perks depend on experience and skill
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related the field is required for this position.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English (preferred)
