To prepare and manage in HR and admin functions such as employees’ record maintenance, HR documents and letter preparation.
- To prepare and manage in monitoring and maintain employees’ timekeeping and attendance records and to prepare monthly timekeeping reports
- To prepare and manage leaves, medical leave updating and relevant payroll record preparations which included OT & allowances in ensuring accuracy and compliance
- To perform all HR spectrum
- Provide updated reports to all departments on timely basis. E.g: Leaves summary, organizational charts
- To prepare and manage in handling HR documentation such as letters of appointment, confirmation and to ensure all employees’ files and data are updated accordingly
- To maintain a systematic and proper filing system to ensure information is up to date for easy reference and retrieval
- Handle employee’s training activity and training record
- Handling HR matter cases related to labor office, KWSP and SOCSO
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the management from time to time
- To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staffs at all time.

- Possess in Bachelor of HR / Management / Business Management or any related.
- Have at least 2-3 years working experiences
- Knowledge in full spectrum of Human Resources
- Have a valid license (Motor or car)
- Dedicated person and hard-working

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
