a) Answer calls or reply message regarding client’s inquiries.
b) Schedule and reschedule client’s appointments.
c) Collect Session’s payments and issue receipts.
d) Assist in managing day to day administration and its documentation.
e) To keep good record of account received.
f) Perform data entry.
g) Able to handle all kinds of forms.
h) Maintain office supplies for department.
i) Responsible for opening and closing of the center.
j) Perform daily cleaning routine.
**Job Types**: Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM100.00 - RM200.00 per month
