**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Job Title : Junior Clinical Applications Specialist

Superior : General Manager

Subordinates : NONE

**Job Summary (Purpose of the job)**

The Junior Clinical Applications Specialist (jCAS) oversees and is directly involved in operational matters of Medical Equipment rental to customers. He/She will manage and monitor MQM medical equipment rental/delivery schedules.

He/She must have good organization, coordinating skills and preferably be medical equipment savvy. He/She must ensure proper implementation of SOPs already in place and also formulate or improve on current systems to ensure smooth processes in rental deliveries.

The jCAS must be a very hands-on and team-orientated person who will work closely with the Operations Assistant to provide top notch service to customers. It will be necessary for the jCAS to travel with the operations team to customer sites and provide assistance and support and to trouble shoot.

The jCAS will also be accountable for MQM medical equipment and disposables inventory and liaise with vendors on any relevant matters.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Manage MQM medical equipment rental processes - rental, delivery schedules
- Develop, manage and maintain a rental schedule online.
- Co-ordinate with customers on delivery schedules.
- Establish and manage MQM medical equipment/instruments inventory.
- Accompany team to and from customer’s site to provide support and to trouble shoot
- Responsible for equipment maintenance.
- Regular status checks of MQM medical equipment.
- Co-ordinate with vendors in the event of equipment malfunction.
- Trouble-shooting whenever necessary.

**Other**:

- Assisting in General Office Operational matters and tasks as and when assigned.

**Performance Standards To Be Achieved (Key Accountabilities)**
- Efficient time and schedule management - towards zero schedule clashes and customer complaints
- Timely and meticulous status checks on MQM medical equipment - towards zero malfunctions on site.
- Proper inventory control - towards zero equipment/instrument loss/misplacement.

Job SpecificationEducation Required
- Diploma, preferably in Science Stream or Medical Health

Experience/Knowledge Required
- At Least 1 year working experience.
- Excellent time management skills
- Technical/Medical Equipment savvy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for both internal and external communication
- Ability to work independently
- PC literacy
- Possess a car and valid driving license
- Experience working in OT environment

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM1,950.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
