Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Assistant to join our team in supporting our business development efforts and contributing to the growth and success of our company. **Responsibilities**:
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.

Gather and analyze data to assess market potential and competitive landscape.

Assist in identifying target markets and developing strategies to penetrate new markets.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Assist in generating leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.

Qualify leads and assess their suitability for potential business opportunities.

Collaborate with the business development team to develop prospecting strategies and outreach campaigns.

Proposal Development:
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials for potential clients.

Conduct research and gather relevant information to support proposal development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compelling proposals.

Relationship Building:
Support the business development team in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Attend meetings and networking events to represent the company and establish new connections.

Assist in managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Sales Support:
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of projects to the operations or account management team.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify business development opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales support role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Knowledge of business development principles and practices.

Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
