**Requirements**
- Proficient / Fluent in English ; and proficient in Bahasa Malaysia; Bahasa Indonesia or any second language
- Capability to read, write or speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed oriented person.
- Adequate knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Drive.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Admin_
- Prepare and update the company's profile (PPT & website).
- Prepare PPT for the project's proposal.
- Prepare the company's handbook.
- Revise proposals and agreements content and formatting, and amend according to discussion.
- Prepare all types of letters and documents required by the company.
- Arrange the lunch/dinner gathering.
- Arrange meetings with potential collaborating partners and process the documentation.
- Download content in a shared drive as backup every Friday, keep in the hard disk.
- Other related tasks as required by superior.
- Human Resource_
- Prepare job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Process hiring paperwork.
- Create and implement effective on-boarding plans for interns.
- Create and maintain employee records (leave record, probation period etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Manage payroll system by gathering, calculating, and inputting data such as OT record, claims record, leave record etc during payroll calculation.
- Issue salary slip for interns, professional service and part-time employees.
- Keep the employee and intern details updated.
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave.
- Honours confidentiality of employees’ pay records.
- Liaise with third-party HR agency for payroll & HR related issues.
- Other related tasks as required by superior.
- Account_
- Manage company’s cash flow records.
- Basic bookkeeping.
- List and remind the manager to make any payment.
- Liaise with a third-party Tax and Account agency for audit.
- Other related tasks as required by superior.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office Manager: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
