Office Manager

1) Supports company operations by maintaining office system.
2) Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
3) Manage COO or any Chief level schedule, invitations, and arrangements for appointments, meetings, conferences, and social events.
4) Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
5) Ensures completion of all office administrative tasks and manage deadlines.
6) Arrange travel logistics such as hotel bookings and flight arrangements.
8) To attend physical/virtual meetings, record, and prepare minutes of meetings.
9) Drafting letters, and memorandums, preparing correspondence, and handling corporate matters.
11) Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement for office & event staff.
12) Manage all company or office inventory control including recording the company property and company events or annual dinner.
13) Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
14) Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
15) Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
16) Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed.
17) Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
