Business Development Manager

Manage accounts and serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with existing and potential customers to achieve sales goals and increase market share
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet overall sales objectives
- Exceed customer expectations by understanding their needs monitoring capacity utilization and stock availability and having industry knowledge
- Take responsibility for the entire sales process from prospecting to closing accounts
- Analyze business and market conditions and identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries scheduling marketing appointments and offering after-sales support.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing business administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of market research techniques data analysis and statistical methods
- Familiarity with strategic planning principles and marketing practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software
- Ability to enhance customer engagement

- Strong analytical and time management abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently
