The successful Hexa Business Database Manager will be responsible for understanding and analysing the Bank's Business Plan, conducting environmental scanning of latest technology trends and direction in database system and infrastructure. They will identify and provide the plan on the initiatives in which application of database-related technology will enhance business performance and where the technology and solution is the enabler that will facilitate the achievements of the Bank's desired outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with at least 4 years of experience in managing architecting database platform. They will possess strong technical competencies, including emerging technology, IT system support and maintenance, IT systems and technology, and procedure, systems, and methods.
In addition, they will demonstrate leadership competencies such as acts for the greater good, integrated thinking, holistic collaboration, engage and influence stakeholders, leveraging on strategic relationships, empowerment with accountability, build team capability, and drive performance excellence.
The Hexa Business Database Manager will be accountable for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders or database system experts to develop Bank's strategies that integrate IT technology capabilities and assess the impact on business strategies.
