**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible to assist all operations for Sandakan & Tawau
- To process payment and customer offsetting
- To perform EMO tagging in System & close EMO status in workflow for Sandakan & Tawau
- Responsible for filing documents from Sandakan & Tawau (EMO & Bank-In slips)
- Responsible to prepare monthly statement for Sandakan & Tawau
- To issue customer relevant debit, credit notes and offsetting
- Provide statement of accounts to customer
- Prepare invoices for submission to customer
- To process customer incentives, claims and reimbursement.
- To follow-up on pending claims and customer’s deduction
- Maintain the accurate debtor’s database
- Perform credit follow-up call
- To assist in internal and external audit request
- Perform daily sales invoices & market return settlement
- To assist in updating order status in the system
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business
- 1-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
- Age not more than 35 years old
- Possess own transport
- Willing to travel
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounts Receivable: 1 year (preferred)
