Requirements:
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

3. Have a strong attention to details and reasonably hands-on in resolving issues.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Bookkeeping and general accounting

2. Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.

4. Invoicing and reconciliation for varying suppliers and vendors.

5. Preparation of staff monthly salary and verifying staff and director’s claim.

6. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures including Purchase Orders, Invoices and Statements.

7. Assist external auditors in the preparation of audited financial report.

8. Any other additional works directed by the Management.
