**Contact Centre Advisor**:
Permanenet Role - **Shift Rotation: 24 hours rotation**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Escalate enquiry to other relevant departments, follow-up and keep customer informed consistently.
- Update enquiry details and claim documents into system.
**Job Requirements**:
- SPM holders with at least 5 years of working experience in call centres
- Customer-orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English or Mandarin
- **Remuneration Package**:_
- Basic is up to RM4,000 depend on experience & qualification.
- RM350 Shift Allowance
- 21 days annual leave
- 14 days medical leave
- Dental & Optical RM400 per annum
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly KPI incentive
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,900.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
