**Contact Centre Advisor (Singapore CS)**:
Permanenet Role - **Shift Rotation: 24 hours rotation**
Willing to work in Cyberjaya

**Key Responsibilities**:
Shift Rotation: 24 hours rotation | 5 days / week (Mon-Sun on rotation basis)
- Escalate enquiry to other relevant departments, follow-up and keep customer informed consistently.
- Update enquiry details and claim documents into system.
- Issue Letter of Guarantee to panel hospital and insured member.
- Delivering and maintaining minimum customer service standard as set by the company.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM holders with at least 3 years of working experience in call centres
- Basic insurance knowledge would be definitely an advantage.
- Customer-orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong and proven problem solving skills.
- Service-oriented and positive mindset
- Proficient in both spoken and written English

- **Remuneration Package**:_
- Basic is up to RM5,000 depend on experience & qualification
- RM450 transportation allowance(fixed)
- RM300 Shift Allowance
- Insurance & Medical Coverage including dependent (based on Job Function Level)
- 18 days annual leave
- 14 days medical leave
- 1 day birthday leave
- Follow SG Public Holiday
- OT Claimable
- Dental & Optical RM800 per annum

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,900.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
