- Inbound call centre that covers the Singapore market.
- Providing courteous, professional and high-quality service to customers.
- Identify & resolve service gaps through constructive feedback.

What you need to succeed:

- Min 1 year of inbound call centre experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Confident and vibrant personality.
- Passionate with people.
