Support Contact Centre Administration and Workforce Management team in the following areas:
1. Schedule shift swaps and breaks

2. Real-time monitoring of service level

3. Preparing reports related to Contact Centre performance

4. Processing leave requests

5. Assist in generating ad-hoc reports

6. Support administration tasks Qualifications

**Internship Requirement**:

- Open to Malaysian citizens only
- Undergraduates in their third or final year with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent - open to all undergraduateswho are interested to work in this line of work.
- Able to work on-site (in office) at Menara TM, Kuala Lumpur
- Demonstrated leadership with a penchant for problem-solving
- Have outstanding academic achievements and extra-curricular activities
