Contact Centre Executive

- 5 days work week (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm)

**Responsibilities**
- Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) **system
- Ensure effective and timely follow-up with internal and external parties on pending cases
- Manage and resolve customers’ complaints and feedback with a good closure
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in Cantonese is required as the role has to interact with Cantonese-speaking clients**:
- 2-4 years of **experience in a call center** environment and/or insurance industry is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical mind and effective problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on shift rotation, between 8:00am to 7:00pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
