Great Building Assistant Consultant

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Allied Environmental Consultants Malaysia Sdn Bhd Full time

**Job Duties**:

- Consultants and assistant consultants shall support and coordinate the team to complete green building projects
- Prepare professional consultancy reports, proposal or presentation upon different settings of engagements in acoustics, environmental assessments, sustainability consultancy and green building certifications
- Carry out site survey, inspections and measurements to obtain information for meeting specific project requirements
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in engineering/ science related to green building, civil & environmental, sustainability, building services, mechanical & electrical or equivalent
- Minimum years of working experience: C: 3 years; AC: 1 year.
- Strong customer relationship in liaising with clients
- Strong problem solving skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to undertake interdisciplinary technical work and able to work under pressure in a fast work environment
- Excellent skills in written and verbal communication (English, Chinese and Mandarin)
With Computer modelling experience in green buildings design and assessment is an advantage (e.g. Energy, Daylighting and Lighting, CFD, Thermal Comfort and etc.)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
