Assistant Manager, Partnership Management

**The Role**:

- Initiate new programs and build partnerships with industry experts to keep the organization true on standards and best practices across platforms and marketing technology
- Deploy cost effective enabling technology in engaging affinity partners
- Work with other channels to broaden the depth of affinity engagement.
- Work with Great Eastern Group on cross selling and up selling
- Run workshops and training sessions
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research

Communication
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
- Assist and support senior stakeholders in leading / communicating / consulting on digital project execution and management
- Liaise with BIT/GE-IT on bug fixes, plan test cases and deploy timelines for projects related to platform development and maintenance

Project
- Lead affinity projects, activities or objectives
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
- Conduct research to ensure that platform strategy is up-to-date with current and emerging technology trends opportunities
- Support process reviews and streamline to improve efficiency

**The Person**:

- Bachelor degree in any Accounting, Finance, Business or any relevant studies.
- About 5 years working experience in sales & marketing role in financial services industry such as banking, insurance, electronic payment or retail business
- Good communication skills
- Understand partner /customer requirements and product life cycle
- Multi-task - ability to manage several simultaneous projects at the same time
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
