**What will you be engaged in**
- Support the Community Manager to build a centralized Host Community Program to enhance Host Quality, based in HQ where different initiatives can be deployed and replicated both at nation-wide and city-level.
- Engage the TREVO host community to maintain good relationships with Hosts and ensure the right information is circulated within the community.
- Find new ways and create new campaigns to engage with the Hosts e.g., Myth-busting, education, updates of products, how to sell new products
- Manage the communication channels and maintain consistent communication e.g., SMS, push notification, WhatsApp, Telegram, blog posts etc.
- Maintain good Host NPS, strong community outreach and, collaborate with other teams as a key person
- Support the Community Manager in improving Host/Booking Performance
- Ensure a positive engagement from Hosts throughout their life cycle starting from the moment that Host listed a car.
- Monitor Host community health via data collection. Monitor and analyse Host-related key metrics such as Car First Trip, NPS, Acceptance Rate, Active Car rate etc.
- Support any ad-hoc tasks and projects from time to time.

- Diploma/Degree and any field of studies. (Preferably Business Administration/ Mass Communication.)
- At least 1 to 2 years of community management experience, preferably in start-ups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (In both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage)
Experience in managing social media accounts and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, firm and decisive to create a cordial relationship with members.
- Ability to connect with communities from different backgrounds.
- Self-driven and passionate about your work and obsessed with continuous improvements, whether personal or professional.
- Ability to multitask and handle disputes and emergencies.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Able to work under immense pressure and micromanagement.
- Willing to take on additional tasks assigned.
- Able and open and able to work remotely and outside of working hours when needed.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
- Outgoing, love interacting and connecting with people.
- Passionate about building a community that puts people first.
- Creative with an eye for good design and brand cohesiveness.
- Experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator Canva etc. will be advantageous.
- Comfortable in CRM tools, SQL, Google Docs, HTML and other technology solutions for driving sales.
