**About the role**:
We are looking for a Product Specialist who will be assisting in conducting General Insurance & Group Employee Benefits Insurance product research and analysis. This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager, GI & Group Insurance Department. This position is based in **Johor Bahru, Malaysia**

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate, develop and maintain product documentations and product comparison.
- Assist in upkeep of product comparison & related systems.
- Collaborate with IT Team in delivering timely product comparison.
- Participate in discussions with sales force to gather feedback on product propositions & align business needs.
- Conduct product research and analyses.
- Ability to handle product queries from internal/external stakeholders and resolve product issues & enquiries.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies.
- Assist in the day to day operations function in the Department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Insurance or Marketing related disciplines.
- Preferably with at least 3 - 5 years of working experience. Experience in insurance-related sales environment & ongoing trends will be a strong advantage.
- Certifications/licenses - General Insurance Certificates, Health Insurance special skills preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Possess strong traits of analytical mind and good communication skills to articulate ideas in a simplified and laymen manner to stakeholders.
- Meticulous & attention to details.
- Proactive, positive mindset and highly adaptable to changes.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Able to multitask and work well with tight timelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
