- Ensure “Charge Master Maintenance” is carried out monthly and whenever requested. Ensure data key into HIS system is properly done as requested by relevant departments and are authorized and supported by relevant supporting documents.
- Create, update and maintenance of order entry form to such that the charge code stated in the order entry form is valid and appropriate.
- Responsible to perform analyses based on data extraction from HIS system to identify current and past trends related to key performance indicators and review extracted information to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- o Responsible for performing price/margin analysis and competitive market studies of hospital charges (products and procedures), procurement cost analysis (including drugs and products), identifying reasons for variances, and recommending pricing or procurement change as appropriate.
- Collect, organizing and analyzing data in order to identify the relevant cost drivers; and estimate time, cost, materials, labor, overhead and other costs, as well as capital required to provide a service or manufacture a (pharmaceutical) product.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree or relevant professional qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or related.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and strong analytical skills, self-motivated, like challenges and working with people in team.
- At least 3 years of experience working in data analytics field.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point.
