Involved in the setting up of data center administrative system
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company data center operation policies
- Supervise all related staff such as cleaners to ensure cleanness data center offices, and common areas etc.
- Conduct regular checks and proposed improvements to enhance work environment across the data center offices.
- Manage agendas /travel arrangements /appointments etc. for the management, overseas colleagues, and clients if necessary.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data when applicable.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports, manage all vendors/suppliers (office matters) and ensure timely payment.
- Assist upper management to prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist all colleagues whenever necessary.
- Work closely with DataCenter Operation Team to ensure smooth DataCenter operation
