Junior Office Administrator

Job Description:
"1. To assist senior admin executive in administrative duties.
2. Assist in creating, storing, and retrieving organizational documents, invoices, and receipts.
4. Manage and replenish office supplies as needed.
5. To assist in all administrative duties, inclusive of reports, documents and presentation materials.
6. To input data and maintain client records.
7. Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
8. To reconcile expenses forms & client returns.
9. To handle the ordering of stationary, water, and office supplies.
10. To provide a reception service and welcoming visitors.
11. To help provide a general office administrative management to the business.
12. Perform other administrative tasks as delegated by senior administrators or management.
13. To Assist in academic documentation, reports and student administration."
**Requirements**:
"1. SPM or equivalent;
2. Good in Bahasa Malaysia and English, fluent in Mandarin.
4. Love working in a fast-growing and challenging environment.
5. Energetic and organized.
6. Must be able to communicate and organize well.
7. Must have a keen eye for detail and analytical mind.
8. Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision.
