**Job Description**:
- Updates and maintains internal portals for easy access to information.
- Manages meeting schedules and coordinates with participants.
- Organizes and maintains schedules for individuals or teams.
- Updates and organizes presentation materials for meetings.
- Maintains and communicates the organizational roadmap.
- Safely manages and organizes account information and passwords.
- Handles procurement and management of SketchUp and other software licenses.
- Oversees general office upkeep and addresses maintenance issues.
- Manages timely distribution of official letters and documents.
- Keeps track of company assets and maintains inventory.
- Procures pantry supplies, stationery, and handles ad-hoc purchases.
- Manages duty rosters to ensure fair distribution of responsibilities.

Salary
- RM2,500 to RM3,000
