Office Administrator

Manage and prepare invoice (SQL), follow up with consultant/client on payment, and prepare company sales report
- Participate, gather and disseminate action items, progress reports/updates and summarizes status post-meeting/discussion and/or required to follow through.
- Gather, compile, verify and analyses information/documents for the executives to be used for the weekly and monthly meeting (sales report/productivity report/production report/etc)
- Support and oversees on-time reports preparation and submission for government/bankers/accountant/etc
- Support managing director to do research and sourcing for talents on the higher-level search project
- Responsible to assist managing director internal and external interview to follow up and updates.
- Manage company vendors and liaise with an accountant on vendor payment
- Responsible for all general office management and processes by ensuring day-to-day operations and procedures are running smoothly and appropriately
- n charge of office equipment and train newcomers to utilize company equipment and tools
- Responsible for office facilities, upkeep and maintenance, stationery and etc.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Willing to learn and committed to work.
- Fast learner and aggressive towards work
- A good team player and able to work under tight timelines.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives at a fast pace environment.
- Possess basic computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office - Excel, Words & PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
