We are a dynamic and growing company, and we are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including carrying out tasks assigned by the Executive Chairman, managing and coordinating all office administrative activities, and assisting in personnel recruitment and labor management to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an office management or administrative supervisory role.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suite and relevant administrative systems.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve office efficiency.
- A thorough understanding of office management best practices and relevant regulations.
- Fluency in Chinese, English, and Malay languages.
- Requires driving ability.
