We are seeking an exceptional Administration Assistant to join our team at Perodua. As an integral part of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our organization.
- Support Executives in processing customer orders and preparing documents, invoices, reports, filing, and keying in data.
- Deliver excellent customer service by attending telephone inquiries and collecting payments and invoices.
- Compile data and summarize reports to be submitted to our headquarters.
- Undertake various administration tasks as required.
Essential Skills
The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or other related fields, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
