About the Role

This position involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing and document preparation.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and following up with customers.
  3. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PROPOSE SOLUTIONS TO MEET THEIR NEEDS.
  4. Coordinate appointments and schedules for staff members.
  5. Develop quotations, proposals, and invoices for clients.
  6. Compile accurate and timely reports for management review.
  7. Maintain company databases, including director and supplier information.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of SPM/Diploma in a related field or equivalent qualification.
  2. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
  3. New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not necessary.
  4. Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Show willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing circumstances.
