- 透過花費額外的時間尋找、開發和產生客戶推薦,與現有客戶和新客戶保持並建立密切的關係。
- 協助客戶經理進行交易登記、協商更好的價格並起草專案報價單,以超額完成每季的銷售目標。
- 透過電話和電子郵件向現有客戶進行外撥跟進電話。
- 處理主動主動打來的潛在客戶電話,並透過了解需求和願望將其轉化為潛在的銷售。
- 利用 ERP 系統功能追蹤和追蹤報價歷史記錄,密切注意向客戶報價的所有機會。
- 強調產品和服務的功能以及為客戶帶來的好處,包括交叉銷售和追加銷售相關 IT 解決方案/產品。
- 支持行銷工作,組織和執行有助於推廣公司品牌並建立牢固的網絡關係的活動。
- 有效的時間管理包括確保按時交付貨物和服務並完成所需的報告。
- 制定可能的問題解決路徑,並在遇到問題時採取適當的行動方案。
- 更新許可證續約報告,以便了解即將到期的許可證並進行續約。
- 如適用,參加定期銷售培訓。

- 了解 IT 產業和解決方案 - 硬體、軟體和服務是額外優勢
- 對銷售/電話銷售有經驗或有濃厚的興趣
- 較強的人際溝通與溝通能力
- 候選人必須至少擁有電腦科學/資訊科技、大眾傳播、行銷、工商管理或同等學歷的文憑。
