Sales Coordinator Admin

Client company: Electronic components supplier
Location: Penang (Menara Northam 5S)
Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Input sales orders received from customers
- Issue manufacturing orders to factory
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Generate proforma invoice
- Prepare sales forecast for factory
- Respond to customer needs
**Requirements**:
- Study in Diploma in Business Admin or any equivalent study
- Able to work independently
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Powerpoint
- Able to speak and write English, Bahasa and Chinese
- With 2+ years equivalent experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
