SALES COORDINATOR (based in PENANG ISLAND)

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include

To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring sales team have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Handling and processing orders by checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers Also, ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Working in the field to support sales activities when needed

Sales Coordinator Requirements:

- A diploma graduate or higher.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Current knowledge of HORECA Food & Beverage industry trends and regulations is highly preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- George Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin & english (preferred)
- Bahasa english (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
