Itil Service Management Transition Expert

Shall cover the complete Service Lifecycle, i.e.:
- Service Strategy
- Service Design
- Service Transition
- Service Operation
- Continual Service Improvement
- To perform assessment on the current ITSMS maturity level for Digital Technology Division EPF, covering the three elements of People, Process and Technology that makes up the IT environment supporting EPF’s business functions. Primary focus should be on People and Process, then followed by Technology.
- To Review of ITSMS Processes
- Perform the Review, Assessment and Validation of ITSMS Current State
- To conduct review of current people capability in EPF’s IT organization structure delivering the services
- To propose people capability planning and enhancement programme
- To determine Desired State (Maturity Assessment)-to Identify the gap of EPF’s current ITSMS implementation as compared to the requirements in ITIL v4
- To Build Roadmap (Implementation Guidance)-to provide EPF with the implementation strategy on how to systematically plan, develop, implement and integrate ITSMS processes into the organization’s People, Processes and Technology
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- has at least ten to fifteen (10-15) years’ experience and has at least one (1) of the following certifications:
- Certified Information Security Services Professional (CISSP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE2
- ITSM 20000-1 Lead Auditor Certification
- Certified ITIL v3/v4 Expert
- Has conducted minimum 4 ITSMS or ISMS projects.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Delivering IT Service Management and (FSI): 10 years (preferred)
