Under the guidance of our Global OMB Sr. Director, we work collaboratively as a tight-knit group, despite being spread across multiple time zones and regions. By working together and leveraging our unique strengths, we strive to deliver exceptional results for our customers and stakeholders.

What will you be doing in this role?...

Manage the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, tracking, fulfilment, and billing

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order processing

Handle customer inquiries related to order status, billing, and payments

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of sales orders, invoices, and payments

Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of all goods and services provided to China and Japan clients.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and promotions are applied to customer orders

Maintain and update customer data in Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, and Netsuite

Support the billing process, including generating invoices, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition

Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in order management processes and procedures

Continuously improve order management and billing processes, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements

Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights into order management and billing performance

Qualifications:
University level degree or equivalent required, experience in finance or accounting would be preferred.

2-3 years direct experience preferred with billing/invoicing or subscription management with a good knowledge of CRM sales systems and/or Order-to-cash/Billing system

Good overall business knowledge

Good knowledge of Order Management processes and business systems including Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Zuora & Netsuite preferable.

Strong understanding of the unique nuances, cultural considerations, and country practices related to order management and billing in China and Japan.

Effective communication skills

Proficient in the local language(s) to ensure accurate and effective communication with Japan and China stakeholders and client

Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Research skills and able to work on own initiative

Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and performance.

Keen for new experience, responsibility, and accountability.

Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
