Human Resource Operations

**A. Summary**
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the Human Resource functions and duties.
- Assist in the effective operation of the Human Resources Department by providing organizational and administrative support.
**B. Key Areas of Responsibility/Accountability**:
- Issuance of Appointment Letter - LOA/CFS
- On-boarding & Off-boarding
- CMS updates
- Parking & Uniform management
- Assisting in compliance for MyRA, Setara, KDN, etc.
- Seating arrangement
- Any other ad-hock task
- Any other ad-hoc or duties as assigned from time to time
**C. Requirements**:
- Posses Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of Human Resources working experience or relevant working experience.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at structural thinking and problem solving.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Experience in Education industry would be an added advantage.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
