**Job Title**: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Assist in project management and coordination of company initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and expense reporting.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, acting as a liaison for the COO.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed, to help streamline the COO's day-to-day activities.
- Manage and organise the COO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an executive support role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is also required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Business Suite and familiar with remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Wechat).
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Experience in the tech, accounting, or real estate sector is a plus.
