Primary Job Description

1. Principally executing one 6S of the respective outlet alongside Outlet Manager

1.1. Sales and Service

1.1.1. Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are executed accurately.

1.1.2. Upholding product and service quality

1.1.3. Housekeeping and upkeep of assigned outlet.

1.1.4. Providing customer service in accordance with 103 Coffee service standard.

1.1.5. Hosting customers and managing customers responses.

1.1.6. Accomplish operation and organization missions by completing related task assigned by the Management.

1.1.7. Ensuring all communications are optimized.
- Qualifications

1. Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Ideal Criteria

1. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to the SOP set for all 103 Coffee barista trainee.

2. Ability to multi-task and work with the team.

3. A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas.

4. Self-discipline. Ability to work independent but with the team at the same time.

**Job Types**: Internship, Student job
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
