Junior HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manages daily HR operations which mainly include recruitment, attendance management, payroll processing, training and performance review;
2. Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current;
4. Liaise with government agencies and consultants for related matter;
5. Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees;
6. Team management and promote a positive company culture;
7. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, fresh graduate are welcome to apply;
2. Experience in recruitment and training related work is preferred;
3. Familiar with national and enterprise laws, regulations and policies on contract management;
4. Possess strong communication skills and sense of teamwork, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, meticulous and conscientious in work, and able to bear greater work pressure.
5. Language required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
