**General Job Description**:
A procurement assistant provides administrative support for the procurement department of a company. As a procurement assistant, your job duties include monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries to ensure that the company has enough necessary materials or equipment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs;
- Research potential vendors;
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery;
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts);
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends;
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices;
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts,
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders;
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.

**Qualifications**:

- Min 1 - 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of market research.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Female below 35 years old

**Working Hour**: 5 days
8am-530pm OR 830am-6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
