Assistant Project Manager

**Objective**:
1. Support the project manager in overseeing renovation projects.
2. Assist in ensuring successful completion of renovation projects within specified timelines and budgets.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for renovation projects.
2. Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
2. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for materials and services.
3. Monitor progress of renovation projects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the renovation process.
5. Help resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during renovation projects.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, safety regulations, and quality standards.
7. Support project manager in overall project success through efficient coordination, teamwork and problem-solving
8. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
**Requirement**:
5 years experience in Related field
Bachelor's diploma or degree
Previous experience working in a project management role, preferably in the renovation or construction industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and renovation processes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
